No tech support. VL will not allow me open attachments in any other format but VL. And , when videos are "downloaded" the shelf is empty. I have paid for a full version and feel ripped off. Good luck in your efforts to obtain any tech support. Very disappointed.

Freezes on start up on new mini iPad. Otherwise fantastic. Can you fix?

Up until now its been awesome, but for some reason now it wont open and I cant get to my videos, is there a fix?

Put your phone on airplane mode then open the app. It always worked for me so far. Hope this helps till they have a fix.

The airplane mode does work. But lets all hope they fix this bug. Pretty crappy that we spend money on this app and cant even use it.

When I first downloaded it worked great, now when I tap to play a video it goes to play screen for a blink of an eye, the back to shelf, wont play

There needs to be a fix to this app ASAP. I can not afford to lose all my videos i am very disappointed

Not a fan of this app at all. First when it open (and trust me when I say when, probably a 1 in 10 chance it will open) it is incredibly slow. First just getting password to show up. Then once you turn to landscape it lags about 10 seconds. Then you change your keyboard to enter numbers, add another 10 seconds. I purchased the full version and it didnt get any better. (That was a waste of money) My Disk is so much more reliable and works great. I give it two stars only because when it did work, it was pretty good to watch and easy to fast forward through.

Tested and attempted to load a video on the this app. No luck, tried another, no luck, third time-its out. Shelves show as empty. Go figure.

It charged for inApp and it does not let me use it. Keeps offering the same thing.

Crashes all the time loss of pics. Password wont work most of the time pay for upgrades still says do you want to upgrade restore wont work dont get Burned
